5. Vehicle Listings and Transactions

  • For Sellers: You represent and warrant that you are the true owner of the vehicle and that all information provided about the vehicle is accurate. Ballabh Cars reserves the right to refuse to list any vehicle for any reason.
  • For Buyers: Ballabh Cars facilitates inspections and provides detailed reports. However, we do not own the vehicles listed for sale. We encourage you to review all information and perform due diligence before making a purchase.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in the local currency. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur.
