The Business Development Manager (BDM) is the primary architect of a company's growth strategy. This individual is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities to create long-term value and drive sustainable revenue. Unlike a traditional sales role that focuses on closing deals from an existing pipeline, the BDM is a strategic hunter focused on creating entirely new pipelines, markets, and partnerships.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, market analysis, relationship management, and sales acumen. The ideal candidate is a proactive, resilient, and highly skilled networker who can see the big picture and translate high-level strategies into tangible results.
Must Have
- Graduate or onwards
- Perfect written English
- Good Communication Skills
- 1 year Experience in Automobiles
- Age Criteria - 25 to 35 Years
